About Art Wedmore

Art Wedmore began as an instructor at the USAF School of Aerospace Medicine utilizing a teaching style like no other that engaged students from all walks of life. He later shifted to the retail auto industry where he developed a high-energy sales & management training program, Strategic Tomorrows, that has taken him around the globe. This came with a lush lifestyle which he enjoyed a little too much! After years of alcohol abuse, Art found himself near death in the hospital with only choice: to quit drinking or die.

During his recovery, he wrote 37 poems which he shared over his 37 weeks in an alcohol addiction recovery program. These poems later became “Self-Inflicted Death Sentence” which he published in 2011. He has since released a second edition of "Self-Inflicted Death Sentence" along with his second book “Free Booze – CANCELLED!in December 2020.

These books translate a difficult or boring topic into rhythmic versus anyone can relate to. If you or a loved one are an alcoholic right now and are looking for a road with hope, his books have something for you!

As a guest speaker, Art is known for guiding people through all the aspects that make time more valuable in one’s life. Art guides them thru discovery and admission of the problem if they or someone they know needs help, emphasizing the pitfalls, warning signs and professional services that can help.

Art’s Emcee style is unique with humor and wit, enhancing the experience whether it is a charity, a wedding or an anniversary or birthday.
